The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wilder.
Trent avoids the head kick by Wilder.
Trent misses with a body punch
letting Wilder counter with a right hand.
Wilder displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Trent throws out the jab.
Trent misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wilder.
Wilder doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Trent circles away from the clinch attempt.
Trent looks to score with a jab to the body but Wilder is just out of range.
Despite the aggression on Wilder's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Wilder is looking to clinch but Trent is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Trent ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wilder moves away.
Wilder steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Trent.
Wilder moves in looking to clinch but Trent pushes him off.
Trent seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Wilder uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Trent.
Wilder on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Deontay Wilder has been cut.

A jab from Trent finds it's way through Wilder's defenses.
Wilder drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Nice shot lands for Trent.
Wilder shoots in looking for a takedown but Trent manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wilder's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Trent attempts a counter takedown but Wilder avoids it well and moves away.

Trent lands a big uppercut and Wilder crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Wilder looks OK. Trent waves Wilder back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Trent misses the jab.

Wilder looks up at the clock. Bad move! Trent lands a right hand from hell, dropping Wilder. Trent pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
