We've been hearing reports that Ronaldo has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Ronaldo tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Svennson smiles and moves away.
Ronaldo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Svennson pinned against the cage. Svennson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ronaldo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Ronaldo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Svennson defends it nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ronaldo gets tackled into the cage by Svennson. Svennson maintains the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ronaldo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Svennson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ronaldo somewhat.
Svennson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ronaldo moves away.
Svennson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Svennson throws a powerful right kick. Ronaldo tried to block low but the kick was high! Ronaldo was taken right off of his feet! Svennson jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
