PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buzz Bixby (ranked 1506 p4p, 227 weight class) and Connor Mac Burns (ranked 1914 p4p, 285 weight class). Burns has chosen as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bixby has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Burns.
Bixby moves forwards but Burns connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Bixby fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bixby connects with a nice short shot to Burns's temple.
