The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tee has taken the fight to the clinch.

A slapping body kick lands there for Tee.

Tee is breathing heavily.
Byrne can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tee is looking to escape.
Tee has given up his back.

Tee defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Byrne's arms.

Byrne has got one arm under Tee's chin. This could be trouble... Tee trying to control the other hand but Byrne gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Tee has tapped out! The fight is over!
