The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Anderson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Anderson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Tyler defends well and Anderson ends up having to push Tyler into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Tyler slaps away a takedown attempt from Anderson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Tyler looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Anderson shoots for a takedown but Tyler saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dave Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Spike Anderson.

Anderson wants to get back to his feet but Tyler is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Tyler has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Anderson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
