The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnier misses with a lunging right hand
letting Slayin counter with a right hand.

It looks like Christian Magnier has been cut.
Magnier throws a lazy uppercut
and Slayin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Magnier seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Magnier tries to clinch
and Slayin counters with a straight right hand.
Slayin lands with a good body shot.
Magnier throws a leg kick
and Slayin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Magnier lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fighters circling - Magnier throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Christian Magnier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Magnier connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Slayin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Magnier can pounce on him.

Magnier lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Slayin circles away quickly and effectively.
Magnier closes the distance but Slayin moves to the side

Oh Magnier is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Magnier thows a leg kick but Slayin checks it
and Slayin counters with a left and a right... And another left! Magnier is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!

Rhymin Slayin was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
