Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Sammy Ru (ranked 5448 p4p, 523 weight class) and Frank Castle (ranked 5662 p4p, 549 weight class). Sammy Ru looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castle avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ru looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Ru takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Castle scores with a jab to the body.
Castle works the jab nicely.
We've been told by Ru's head coaches at Cozad The Island that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Castle lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Castle connects with an inside leg kick.
Castle jabs Ru to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Castle clobbers Ru with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Ru is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Ru is rocked!
Castle lands with a thumping leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Castle thumps Ru with a low kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Castle. That's going to slow Ru down.
Frank Castle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A solid leg kick lands there for Castle.
Castle circles away from the clinch attempt.
A little jabbing left from Castle on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Castle scores with a sloppy right hand. Ru should have avoided that one.
Oh Ru is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ru takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Castle knocks out Ru with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Castle before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Castle picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Frank Castle!
