The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Greer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wyatt, pushing him back against the cage.
Wyatt gets underhooks to prevent Greer's takedown attempt.
Greer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wyatt pulls his leg out and moves away.

Greer gets in close and instigates a clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Wyatt has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Greer turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Greer has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Wyatt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Greer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
