The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dillinger lands a glancing blow to the side of Killer's head.
Killer tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dillinger defends well and Killer ends up having to push Dillinger into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Dillinger lands a nice uppercut.

Dillinger tries to throw a body punch but Killer avoids it by throwing Dillinger back against the cage.

Killer has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Dillinger regains guard immediately.

Dillinger pulls Killer in close to prevent any damage.

Killer postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

That has opened up Nate Dillinger's cut even more.
Killer throws a big right hand that misses.
Killer distracts Dillinger with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Killer makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Killer has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dillinger wants to stand and escape but Killer is having none of it.
Killer keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dillinger's head.

The cut above Nate Dillinger's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Nate Dillinger's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
