The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly feints and then cracks Franco's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Franco down.
Donk. Kelly catches Franco right on the button with a cross.
No luck for Franco with that takedown attempt.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kelly. Franco does a little dance to reset his feet.
Franco fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

and Kelly counters with a lovely straight right hand!
