These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hernandez has managed to clinch.

Hernandez jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mee walks away with a smile on his face. Hernandez gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Hernandez darts in and clinches Mee up against the cage.

Hernandez has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Mee after a bit of a struggle.
Diss Mee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mitchell Hernandez.

Hernandez tries to pull guard but Mee holds him up against the cage and eventually Hernandez drops back down to his feet.
Mee lands an elbow inside that Hernandez shrugs off.
Mee unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Hernandez! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Mee is unloading with more strikes now! Hernandez drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
