Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Renato Gomes!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomes shoots in and drives through. Dzikowski sprawls well.
Dzikowski changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Gomes fails with a takedown attempt.
Dzikowski closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gomes to the mat! Gomes manages to get full guard.
Dzikowski won't allow Gomes to sweep him here.
Dzikowski trying to control the position from guard on top but Gomes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dzikowski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Gomes had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dzikowski defends it easily.

Gomes has his foot on Dzikowski's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dzikowski works his way back into a safe position though.

Gomes is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Dzikowski has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Gomes working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dzikowski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dzikowski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Gomes looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Gomes manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dzikowski manages to get himself to full guard.
Dzikowski is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gomes is controlling him.
Dzikowski looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Gomes looking to sit in guard and control but Dzikowski gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Gomes is trying to keep Dzikowski in close.
We've been informed that Gomes has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Dzikowski controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Gomes is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Dzikowski rolls with it to try and escape but Gomes cranks on the arm and Dzikowski is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
