Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ralph Goon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goon tries to clinch but McCarthy moves out of range.

Goon drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Goon creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Goon postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
McCarthy is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Goon off and has taken his back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Goon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McCarthy on the ground.
You can see the frustration on Goon's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Goon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

McCarthy has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Goon has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
