Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wuss Destroyer (ranked 22031 p4p, 627 weight class) and Kannissa Kaki (ranked 22093 p4p, 639 weight class). Kannissa Kaki will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaki takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Kaki feints and as Destroyer raises his hands in defense, Kaki changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Destroyer wants to stand up but Kaki is controlling him.
Destroyer preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Kaki looking to sit in guard and control but Destroyer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Destroyer decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Kaki shoots in looking for a takedown. Destroyer tries to sprawl out of it but Kaki keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Destroyer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Destroyer throws a head kick but Kaki moves out of range.
Kaki misses with a takedown attempt - Destroyer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Destroyer shoots in looking for a takedown but Kaki manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Destroyer's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Destroyer throws a head kick that misses.
Kaki shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Destroyer defends it nicely.
Wuss Destroyer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kannissa Kaki.

Kaki tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kaki has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kaki is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Destroyer knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Kaki is looking to take a break and control but Destroyer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Kaki tries to counter by closing the distance.
Destroyer looks to land a body kick but Kaki moved away.
Kaki changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kaki seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Destroyer is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
