The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Addams bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Addams feints the counter takedown.
Mister looks to land a combination but Addams avoids it well.
Addams drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Mister defends it well.
Mister misses with an uppercut.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Addams is defended easily by Mister.
Mister misses with a double jab.
Addams takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mister throws a shot from downtown. Addams moves away and avoids it.
Mister swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Addams counters by moving into the clinch.
Mister is pressed up against the cage. Addams has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Mister down to the mat. Mister avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Hesa Mister is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mister swings for the body but Addams moves out of range.

Mister throws a shot from downtown. Addams moves away and avoids it.
Addams wants to counter the offense by Mister and move into the clinch position.
Addams goes for a double leg but Mister avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mister continues to drive forward.

Mister leaves Addams with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Addams takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Mister lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Addams looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mister is fending him off so far but Addams persists. Nope, Mister circles away and we're back to standing.

Addams dives in and grabs Mister's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mister pushes down on Addams's head and hops out.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Addams fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mister avoids it really well and circles away.

and Addams counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mister won't be happy with that.

A little feinted left hand from Mister on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Addams shoots for a takedown but Mister saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mister has had enough of the clinch but Addams keeps him there for the moment.
Addams works on Mister's body with a couple of short punches.

Addams pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Addams throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mister jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Mister gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Addams to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Mister is wriggling around but Addams manages to pass to half guard.

Addams content to control rather than advance.

Addams decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
A slow jab from Mister misses its intended target.

Mister tries to sprawl but Addams drives through with a takedown into half guard.
