Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Williams misses with a hook.
Dick throws a low kick but Williams avoids it.

Williams should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Williams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dick pinned against the cage. Dick gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dick throws a right hand that Williams ducks under and follows up with a left that Williams also avoids with ease.

and Dick counters with a left right combination that sends Williams crashing to the mat - Dick wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Williams out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
