Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Molokai Built (ranked 710 p4p, 35 weight class) and Emilio Disi (ranked 1781 p4p, 94 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Molokai Built!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Emilio Disi!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Disi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Built circles away.
Disi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
It looked like Built was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Disi misses with a hook to the body
and Built counters with a stiff right hand.
Built tries to clinch up.
Disi throws a combination that misses
and Built counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Disi throws a series of punches but Built avoids them all with ease.
Built defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Disi.
Disi has a takedown stuffed.
Molokai Built has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emilio Disi.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Disi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Built moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Built misses with a head kick.
It seemed like Disi was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Disi throws a lazy uppercut
and Built counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Built misses the body punch
and Disi counters with a one-two to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Built stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Built throws a big shot that misses.
A jab lands there for Built.
Disi is rocked!
Built is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Disi on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Disi is still on wobbly legs! Can Built finish him?
Built lands an uppercut, right on the button! Disi tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Molokai Built!
Molokai Built tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
