Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pain Master!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Navajo!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Darius Henderson and Ron Honeybunn.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Master tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Navajo defends well and Master ends up having to push Navajo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Master looks for a takedown but Navajo sprawls well.
Master will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pain Master. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Master goes for a double leg but Navajo avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Navajo continues to drive forward.
Navajo drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Master defends it well.

and Navajo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Master's guard.
Navajo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Master had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Navajo defends it easily.
Navajo lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Master is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Navajo is aware though and is defending well.
Master is breathing heavily.
Navajo is working Master over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Navajo lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Oh Master is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Navajo postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Master covers up, he's hurt! Navajo keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Navajo and the ref steps in to end the fight! Navajo can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chief Navajo!
