Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Akimbo Spice (ranked 2669 p4p, 242 weight class) and Lodzov Hugs (ranked 6460 p4p, 417 weight class). Spice kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sean Price - Hot ft. Rock [Kimbo Price Mixtape]. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spice scores with a nice right hand.

We've been told by Spice's head coaches at Doherty's Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Spice, as that shot connected.

Hugs shoots in for a double leg but Spice sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spice leaves Hugs with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hugs has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Spice is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

A very excited looking Lodzov Hugs rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
