PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Damion Frost (ranked 7706 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Halasa (ranked 5178 p4p, 0 weight class). Halasa has chosen Zenek Martyniuk - Oczy zielone as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halasa keeps the fight on the outside.
Halasa connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Halasa manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Frost on his heels. He'll look to pass Frost's guard now, I'm sure.
Halasa wants to control from the top but Frost keeps moving.
Frost keeping full guard, as Halasa tries to pass.
Frost is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Halasa thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Frost might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frost controls Halasa momentarily but Halasa frees himself.
Halasa sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Halasa wants to control from the top but Frost keeps moving.

Frost looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Halasa has picked Frost up and slammed him! Frost can't keep hold of the triangle and Halasa manages to pass to side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frost could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Halasa prevents Frost from getting the reversal.
Frost is working hard here to advance position.
Frost is trying to reverse the position but instead Halasa has taken his back - oops!

Halasa working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Frost is doing well to defend. Halasa seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Frost is forced to tap and this one is over!
