Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jakub Jarosev (ranked 5941 p4p, 547 weight class) and Joao Ferro (ranked 6978 p4p, 590 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarosev throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ferro shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Ferro looks to get to his feet but Jarosev has hold of an arm. He's persisting with trying to stand up and Jarosev certainly isn't letting go of the arm! Jarosev seems to be the aggressor now - he's rolled into the armbar and extended it - Ferro is clearly in a lot of pain. He's tapping! He's tapping! What an ending! One minute you're in a dominant position, the next you've got a notch in the loss column - that's why we all love this sport!
