The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suleyman blocks a jab.
Calacon throws an off balance right hand
and Suleyman counters with a stiff right hand.
Calacon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Suleyman keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Calacon.
A little jabbing left from Suleyman on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Calacon misses with a hook.
Suleyman throws out a counter right but Calacon avoids it with no problem.

Calacon closes the distance and clinches.

Calacon breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Calacon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Suleyman.
Suleyman looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Calacon throws a jab but it's blocked by Suleyman.
Calacon missing with a left hand there. Suleyman was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Calacon chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Suleyman can pounce on him.

Calacon takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Suleyman throws a shot from downtown. Calacon moves away and avoids it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Calacon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Suleyman moves away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Suleyman! But no joy.
A telegraphed right hand from Calacon misses the target.
Suleyman looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Calacon cracks Suleyman with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Calacon lands a head shot.
Suleyman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A little feinted left hand from Calacon on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Calacon misses with a few strikes there.
Calacon throws a hook to the side of Suleyman's head but Suleyman sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Calacon plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

and Suleyman counters with a one-two to the body.
Calacon ducks under a wild hook from Suleyman.
As Suleyman looks to move away, Calacon throws a big counter combo but Suleyman just gets out of the way.
Calacon throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Suleyman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Calacon throws out the jab.

Calacon throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Suleyman to counter with a crisp jab.
Suleyman attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Suleyman avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
That kick from Suleyman tenderised Calacon's leg. Calacon is trying to keep his angry face on.
Suleyman takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Suleyman counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Calacon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Suleyman appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Calacon scores with a head kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fight stays on the outside here - Calacon looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Suleyman takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Suleyman gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Suleyman tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Calacon is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Suleyman buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Suleyman!! Suleyman is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Calacon throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
