The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pritcharf avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Scott Juwan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Juwan looks to throw a body kick

and Pritcharf counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Pritcharf stays in close to Juwan's body and controls the position.
Juwan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Juwan tries to improve position but can't.
Pritcharf advances to full mount.
Juwan is working to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pritcharf lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Pritcharf is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Juwan is defending well though. Pritcharf let's go of the attempt for now.
Pritcharf slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Juwan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pritcharf on the ground.

Pritcharf has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Juwan has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Pritcharf has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Juwan is in real trouble here. Pritcharf gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Juwan is tapping out! Pritcharf wins by rear naked choke!
