The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nine tries to clinch but Quinson moves away
and Quinson counters with a one-two to the body.
Quinson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nine sprawls well. Nine wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Quinson gets slowly back to his feet.

Nine on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nine tries to get out of the position.

Nine escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Quinson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Nine working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Quinson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Quinson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Quinson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nine swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Nine thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Quinson stands and throws Nine's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Nine wants to control but Quinson postures up.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Quinson has an Americana. Nine didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Quinson is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Quinson hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
