Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Atlas (ranked 24910 p4p, 552 weight class) and Ivan Ivanov (ranked 5219 p4p, 459 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Vitor Atlas has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Vitor Atlas seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Ivanov!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Atlas enables Ivanov to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Atlas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Atlas trying to keep a closed guard but Ivanov is proving a slippery customer.
Ivanov trying to control but Atlas is working from the bottom.
Atlas wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Ivanov is now in half guard.
Atlas is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Ivanov is thwarting Atlas's attempts to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Atlas on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nice strikes from Ivanov there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ivanov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Atlas with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Ivanov looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Atlas pushes Ivanov off looking to stand but Ivanov dives back in and keeps control.
Atlas on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Ivanov lands strikes from half guard.
Ivanov passes to full mount!
Ivanov wants to control the pace but Atlas is squirming around nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ivanov prevents Atlas from getting the reversal.
Ivanov is landing with some decent strikes but Atlas is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ivanov lands a big elbow.
Atlas is rocked!
Atlas takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Ivanov's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Ivanov!
