Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Claudio Carsara (ranked 5598 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prince Tonni (ranked 6556 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carsara gets caught napping as Tonni dives in and scores a takedown. Carsara manages to retain guard.
Tonni not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Carsara is trying to control the position but Tonni postures up.
Carsara wants to control but Tonni passes easily into half guard.
Tonni working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Tonni is nestled in close to Carsara, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tonni connects with a nice short shot to Carsara's temple.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
