Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jianabule Ahezhuole (ranked 2974 p4p, 0 weight class) and Todd Jonhson (ranked 4088 p4p, 0 weight class). Todd Jonhson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahezhuole takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Ahezhuole shoots in and bounces Jonhson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Jonhson manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Jonhson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Ahezhuole gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Jonhson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ahezhuole walks away with a smile on his face. Jonhson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jonhson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ahezhuole's waist but Ahezhuole gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jonhson off to one side.
Jianabule Ahezhuole has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Todd Jonhson.
Ahezhuole tries a head kick but it misses.
Jonhson is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Jonhson scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ahezhuole moves into the clinch.

Jonhson wants to take the fight to the mat but Ahezhuole manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Ahezhuole turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Jonhson throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Jonhson slips a jab and a cross from Ahezhuole.

Ahezhuole throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jonhson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ahezhuole is in Jonhson's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jonhson wants to get back to his feet but Ahezhuole is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Jonhson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Jonhson throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Ahezhuole gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Ahezhuole clinches.
Jonhson fails to pull guard.
Jonhson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ahezhuole just stands there and leans against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Ahezhuole trying to control the position but instead, Jonhson has worked for underhooks and has pushed Ahezhuole into the cage.

Ahezhuole gets control of Jonhson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ahezhuole will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Ahezhuole has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Jonhson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Ahezhuole has tightened it up now! Jonhson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
