Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mack Smith (ranked 3350 p4p, 330 weight class) and David Porter (ranked 5246 p4p, 447 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by Choices. Porter has chosen Country Roads as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porter throws out a loose jab but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
Porter swinging wildly here.

Smith moves into the clinch.
Smith misses with a short punch on the inside.
Smith gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Porter.

Porter breaks from the clinch.

Smith rushes Porter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Smith tries a knee to the head but Porter blocks it.
Smith lands an elbow inside.

It looks like David Porter has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smith lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
With the fighters up against the cage, Smith throws an elbow but misses.
Smith looking to throw knees to the head but Porter is blocking nicely.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Porter creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Porter takes a knee right on the jaw!
Porter lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Smith keeps control of Porter as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Smith pushes Porter back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Smith throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Smith lands an elbow inside.
Still in the clinch, Smith scores with a nice short uppercut.
Smith lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

That has opened up David Porter's cut even more.
Smith tries to land a knee to the head but Porter blocks with his arms.
Smith lands a hook to the side of the head.
Smith lands a left hand.
Porter tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Smith lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

The cut above David Porter's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Porter is rocked!

Smith lands a nice uppercut.
Porter is still on wobbly legs! Can Smith finish him?

David Porter's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Porter wants to get back to striking at distance but Smith won't allow it.
Smith lands an elbow inside.
Smith lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Smith creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Porter! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Smith.
