Magomedov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Westwood was covering up waiting for the punch and Magomedov finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Westwood is looking for a triangle but Magomedov pushes his legs off easily.

Magomedov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Westwood swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Magomedov makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Westwood accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Magomedov has had enough of the clinch but Westwood keeps him there for the moment.

Magomedov has Westwood pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Magomedov pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Westwood tumbling to the mat - Magomedov dives into Westwood's guard.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Magomedov lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Westwood has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Westwood and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Magomedov closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Westwood quickly recovers to half guard.
