The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petiot lands with a straight right. Drought didn't see that one coming.
Petiot takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Drought comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Petiot slips a jab and a cross from Drought.
Petiot misses with a hook.
Petiot lands a really nice looking cross but Drought seems unphased.
Petiot uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Drought.
Drought misses with a hook. Petiot ducked under it nicely.
Drought throws an off balance right hand
and Petiot counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Petiot looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Drought pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A little feinted left hand from Petiot on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A lazy left from Petiot finds it's target.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Petiot slips a jab from Drought.
A shot to the body from Drought misses
and Petiot counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Drought lands with a shot to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Drought throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Petiot is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Drought misses with a left hand
and Petiot counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Drought swings widly with a right hand
and Petiot counters with a stiff right hand.

Drought is rocked!
Drought scores with a hook to the body. Petiot takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Petiot takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Drought throws a poor cross that misses
and Petiot counters with a crisp right that sends Drought to the canvas! Petiot follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
