The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
machida throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lacerda chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before machida can pounce on him.
machida scores with a leg kick.
machida dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lacerda. That did some damage!
Lacerda looks gassed!
Lacerda closes the distance and clinches up with machida, looking for a takedown. Lacerda pushes machida against the cage but machida circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
machida knocks Lacerda to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Lacerda is rocked!
