Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bruce Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danish Ali!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Illya Tyunina and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Allen manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Ali really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Allen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ali stands up and beckons Allen to join him on the feet.
Ali shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ali showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are battling for position here. Allen manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Allen pulls Ali in to control the position.
Allen has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Allen has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Allen looking for a guillotine here but Ali defends easily.

Allen pulls Ali in close to prevent any damage.
Allen looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Allen bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ali's guard.
Allen stays in close to Ali's body and controls the position.
Allen keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Ali's head.
Allen postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Allen controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Allen's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Allen is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Ali wants to sweep but no luck.
Allen is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Allen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Allen forces his way into half guard.
Allen lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Allen is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Allen passes the guard and advances to mount!
Allen is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Ali is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Ali flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Allen anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Ali and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Allen slips an arm under Ali chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Allen has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Allen is squeezing on Ali like an anaconda would it's prey. Ali fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
