Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Dirk Anderson and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reko blocks the body kick.
Jewton throws a series of punches but Reko moves out of range.
Jewton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Reko tries to avoid it but Jewton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Reko to the ground. Reko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Reko shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Jewton throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Jewton tries to keep at a distance but Reko has taken the fight into the clinch.
Jewton tries a body shot but Reko blocks it.

Reko has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Jewton uses from the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jewton stands and throws Reko's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Reko tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jewton wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Reko avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Jewton.
Reko parries the strikes from Jewton easily there. Jewton is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Reko to escape.
Reko manages to work his way to half guard, despite Jewton's best efforts.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jewton slips a nice elbow through Reko's hands, connecting with Reko's forehead.
Reko is looking for a sweep. Jewton is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Reko manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
