Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rustam Uzdenov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Jamil Westwood!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Roberts and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Westwood has closed the distance and engaged Uzdenov in a clinch.
Uzdenov looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Westwood ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Westwood no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Westwood is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Uzdenov is controlling him.
Westwood pushes Uzdenov off and scrambles back to his feet.
Westwood lands with a nice combination. Uzdenov backs away looking to recover.
Uzdenov is rocked!
Westwood throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Uzdenov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Oh Uzdenov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Westwood gets a clinch.
Westwood lands a right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Westwood wants the takedown. Uzdenov is fighting it off but Westwood persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Uzdenov's guard against the cage.
Westwood decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Westwood is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Westwood moves into the clinch.
Westwood gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Westwood decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Westwood batters Uzdenov with a massive right followed by a huge left! Uzdenov is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Westwood lands a final crushing right hand to drop Uzdenov to the mat with a gruesome thud! Westwood is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jamil Westwood!
