The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGregor looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kimura throws a head kick but McGregor moves out of range.
Kimura looks winded!
McGregor scores with a leg kick.
McGregor scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kimura walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
McGregor lands with a nice combination. Kimura backs away looking to recover.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by McGregor.
A nice leg kick lands there from McGregor.
McGregor lands a really nice looking cross but Kimura seems unphased.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McGregor closes the distance and catches Kimura with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Kimura is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Kimura is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Kimura is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! McGregor takes it!
