Banks's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Joe Budden "Walk With Me". Flair has chosen ric flair theme song as his entrance music. Ric Flair is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Banks.
Banks throws a looping overhand right but Flair ducks down to avoid it.

Flair looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Banks avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Flair.
Flair tries to pass the half guard into mount. Banks knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Banks slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Flair's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Flair decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Banks, up you get!
Banks throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Flair shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like Ric Flair has been cut.
Flair tries to move into range but Banks moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Flair is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Banks lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Banks throws a series of strikes that have Flair backpedaling.
Flair tries for a takedown but Banks circles away easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Banks clobbers Flair with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Banks takes a swing at Flair's ribcage but misses.
Banks misses with an uppercut.

Banks closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Banks lands some shots froms side control.
Banks lands a decent elbow from side control.
Banks working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Banks in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Tyrod Banks overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Flair misses with a strike from the bottom.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Flair tries to hold on but Banks pushes him away.

Flair reaches up to try and pull Banks in and control his posture, but Banks latches on to an arm and pivots quickly for an armbar! Flair taps out and this one is all over!
