Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Derrick Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Second looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Johnson wants to control but Second is keeping him busy.
Second is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Johnson throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Johnson is putting a hurting on Second here, landing some big shots from side control.
Second stops Johnson from passing to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee asks Johnson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Johnson prefers to stall for the moment though.
Johnson throws a strike aimed at the side of Second's head but Second avoids it well.
Johnson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Johnson happy to just control the position for now.
Second knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Johnson on the ground.
Johnson has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Johnson throws some wild stikes that Second manages to avoid easily.
Johnson wants to control the pace but Second is squirming around nicely.

Johnson lands a couple of good shots and Second has given up his back, trying to escape the position!

Johnson is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Johnson tries to keep control of the position but Second is staying busy.

Johnson has got one arm under Second's chin. This could be trouble... Second trying to control the other hand but Johnson gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Second has tapped out! The fight is over!
