Lannister takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Real tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lannister paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lannister appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

Real wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lannister has him pressed against the cage.

Real walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Lannister drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Real swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Lannister's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
