And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sasha Khadartsev!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khadartsev slaps away a takedown attempt from Heritageaka, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Good exchange - Khadartsev coming out on top.

It looks like THumongous Heritageaka has been cut.
Heritageaka has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Prototype's Dojo in the buildup to the fight.
Khadartsev lands with an overhand left.
Khadartsev keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Khadartsev shoots in and bounces Heritageaka off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.

Heritageaka is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Heritageaka escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Khadartsev gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Heritageaka is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Khadartsev is aware though and is defending well.

Heritageaka isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Khadartsev stacks Heritageaka on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Khadartsev!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Heritageaka is looking for a sweep.
Khadartsev cracks Heritageaka with a big right hand but Heritageaka just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Khadartsev working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
Heritageaka tries to improve position but can't.
Heritageaka is not content to let Khadartsev control the position.
Khadartsev advances to mount.

Khadartsev breaks from Heritageaka's wrist control and lands an elbow.

THumongous Heritageaka's cut is getting worse.
Khadartsev postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Heritageaka out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Khadartsev goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
