Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lapu Lapu (ranked 162 p4p, 18 weight class) and Robin Gracie (ranked 808 p4p, 95 weight class). Lapu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Noypi by Bamboo. Gracie has chosen Olha a Explosão as his entrance music. Lapu Lapu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie moves away from the strike by Lapu.
Gracie throws the left hand but Lapu avoids the punch easily.
A quick step to the side and Lapu tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gracie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lapu.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lapu as he jumps to the side.
Lapu looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lapu throws a body shot but no joy.
Lapu takes the fight into the clinch.
Gracie jumps guard but Lapu turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Lapu swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Lapu works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A right hook to the body lands for Lapu.
Lapu lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Gracie fails to pull guard.
Lapu Lapu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robin Gracie.
Lapu digs a right hand underneath Gracie's ribcage. Gracie let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Lapu lands a body punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lapu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lapu takes the fight into the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Lapu scores with a nice short uppercut.
Gracie jumps guard but Lapu stands there with Gracie around his waist. Gracie gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Lapu lands a shoulder strike.
Gracie misses with a punch on the inside.
Gracie fails to pull guard.
A left hand lands to the body for Lapu.

Gracie tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Gracie misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Lapu lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gracie backwards.
A short uppercut from Lapu.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lapu scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Gracie working aggressively here.
Lapu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gracie throws a body punch but Lapu moves out of range.
Lapu cracks Gracie on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Gracie falls backwards against the cage. Lapu follows up with more strikes that drop Gracie to his knees. Lapu keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Gracie! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lapu Lapu!
