Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Biggs (ranked 1288 p4p, 149 weight class) and Earl Lee Grace (ranked 800 p4p, 106 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Earl Lee Grace was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Biggs rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Grace moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The crowd cheers as Grace lands an impressive looking overhand right. Biggs doesn't seem phased though.
Biggs looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Grace ducks under a wild hook from Biggs.
Grace ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Biggs moves away.
We've been informed that Grace has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Biggs takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Grace throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Grace ducks right into an uppercut from Biggs.
Earl Lee Grace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grace tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Biggs counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Biggs throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Good exchange - Grace coming out on top.

and Biggs counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Biggs moves out of range as Grace strikes.
A little feinted left hand from Biggs on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Grace pivots, looking for a leg kick but Biggs is out of range and Grace settles back down.

It looked like Biggs was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Grace slips a jab and a cross from Biggs.

It looks like Earl Lee Grace has been cut.

Grace closes the distance and pushes Biggs back into the cage.
Grace throws a punch but it's blocked by Biggs.
Nice body punch from Biggs.
Grace keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Biggs's efforts to push away.

Biggs breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Grace throws a nice inside leg kick.
Grace on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Grace connects with an inside leg kick.
Biggs lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Grace tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Grace throws a poor cross that misses
and Biggs counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Biggs doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Grace moves into range and clinches up with Biggs.
Grace has a couple of punches blocked by Biggs.
Biggs lands a body shot.
A nice left hand lands by Grace.

Biggs breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Biggs turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Grace misses with a shot to the body
and Biggs makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Grace chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Grace uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Biggs.

Oooooh!!! Biggs has knocked Grace down with a huge combo! Biggs steps away and waves a wobbly Grace back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Grace is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Biggs bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Biggs throws a big counter combination but Grace scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Grace is still on wobbly legs! Can Biggs finish him?
Biggs closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Grace! Biggs dives in looking to finish! Grace is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
