The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith leaves Reeves with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Reeves misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Smith scores with a takedown into Reeves's guard.
Reeves wants to hit a switch here but Smith passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Reeves there!

Reeves tries to hold on but Smith pushes him away.
