Delaney comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lights Out By Hollywood Undead kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Delaney rushes Cross and presses him up against the cage.
Delaney stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Delaney lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Delaney looking to score a takedown here. Cross is defending well but Delaney drives through and ends up in Cross's guard.
Delaney seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cross wants to stand up but Delaney is controlling him.

Delaney stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cross swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Delaney would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Cross is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Delaney throws a series of punches but Cross avoids them all with ease.
Delaney throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Christian Delaney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Cross moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

It looks like Terry Cross has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Delaney lands a huge takedown. Cross is out but the ref is slow to react and Delaney lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Cross lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
