Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack Wagon (ranked 4476 p4p, 407 weight class) and Fred Master Fox (ranked 6161 p4p, 463 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Wagon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Fred Master Fox!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Master Fox lands a leg kick that knocks Wagon off balance momentarily.
Wagon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Master Fox.
As Wagon backs off Master Fox throws a huge counter combo but Wagon manages to avoid it all.

Wagon shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Wagon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Master Fox has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wagon has managed to get both his arms back between Master Fox's legs - danger averted.
Master Fox keeping full guard, as Wagon tries to pass.
Wagon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Wagon is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Master Fox has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Wagon has passed into side control.
Master Fox is not content to let Wagon control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Master Fox takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Wagon decides to stand back up. Wagon steps back and let's Master Fox get back to his feet.

Wagon drops Master Fox with a beautiful combination! Master Fox stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Wagon is looking for the KO!


Master Fox is rocked!


It looks like Fred Master Fox has been cut.
Wagon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Master Fox avoids it really well and circles away.
Master Fox with the counter takedown but Wagon avoids it easily.
Master Fox is still on wobbly legs! Can Wagon finish him?
Master Fox avoids a kick to the body.
Master Fox seems to have recovered his senses.
Master Fox blocks a head kick by Wagon.
The fighters circling - Wagon throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wagon misses with a few strikes there.
Wagon goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Wagon looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A good leg kick by Master Fox.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wagon misses with the combination.
Master Fox avoids a punch combination nicely.
Wagon jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Wagon misses with a combination
and Master Fox counters with a three punch combo that has Wagon backing up. Wagon nods at Master Fox to acknowledge the strikes.
Wagon throws a lazy uppercut
and Master Fox counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Master Fox throws a nice outside leg kick.
Wagon misses with a two punch combination.
Despite the aggression on Master Fox's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Wagon darts in and clinches Master Fox up against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Master Fox has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Wagon clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
You can see the frustration on Wagon's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Wagon tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Master Fox moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Wagon has worked his arm free - good work by Wagon!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Master Fox looks winded!
Wagon is trying to get back to his feet.
You can see the frustration on Wagon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Master Fox looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Master Fox goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Wagon has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Master Fox but great work by Wagon.

Wagon tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Wagon stands up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Wagon closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Master Fox quickly recovers to half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Wagon decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Oooooh!!! Wagon has knocked Master Fox down with a huge combo! Wagon steps away and waves a wobbly Master Fox back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Wagon tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wagon catches Master Fox with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Master Fox forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jack Wagon!
Jack Wagon took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
