Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shaka Zulu (ranked 4287 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Dan (ranked 6186 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniel Dan told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Dan !
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Dan seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Zulu is looking to improve his position.
Zulu trying to control from the bottom.
Dan is working for a submission of some sort.
Zulu wants to control but Dan is keeping busy and won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dan is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Zulu has managed to free his arm - good work.
Zulu is looking for a sweep. Dan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zulu has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dan is working away from the top position though.
Zulu is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Zulu is trying to get back to full guard.
Zulu knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dan on the ground.
Zulu is looking to get back to full guard here but Dan has managed to pass to side control instead.
Zulu tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dan wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Dan controls the position.
It looks like Dan might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Dan working away.
Dan working the ground and pound.
Dan in side control, throwing shots but Zulu defends.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dan trying to control the position but Zulu is working away.
Dan lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Dan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Zulu keeps working.
Zulu is looking to reverse the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dan working the head with strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dan is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Zulu looks calm but he's in trouble here. Dan gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Zulu is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dan lets go of the hold and Zulu can pop his arm back in it's socket.
