Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Davies (ranked 3963 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Mwamba Kizota (ranked 2358 p4p, 0 weight class). David Mwamba Kizota told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies misses with a looping left.
Davies throws a lazy right hand but Kizota sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Davies throws an overhand right that lands on Kizota's shoulder, as Kizota tries to avoid the shot.
Davies connects with a nice looking jab.

It looks like David Mwamba Kizota has been cut.
Davies misses with a looping right.
Davies stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kizota dodges the punch combination from Davies.
Davies throws a right hand that Kizota ducks under and follows up with a left that Kizota also avoids with ease.

Kizota is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Davies's half guard.
Davies wants to get back to his feet.
Kizota takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Davies is looking to escape.
Kizota really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Davies. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
