Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Dawson (ranked 660 p4p, 33 weight class) and John Braddock (ranked 477 p4p, 22 weight class). Dawson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Titanic theme. John Braddock has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, John Braddock!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dawson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Braddock managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Dawson.

Braddock has one of Dawson's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage.
The ground and pound from Dawson seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dawson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Jack Dawson will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on John Braddock's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Braddock uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dawson has time to react.

Braddock scores with a hook to the body. Dawson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Braddock drops Dawson onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Dawson is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Oh Dawson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Braddock unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Dawson! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Braddock is unloading with more strikes now! Dawson drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Braddock!
John Braddock bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
