Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gordon Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Augustus Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Gordon Freeman has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Gordon Freeman seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Freeman. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Cole lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Freeman at a distance.

Despite being in the dominant position, Augustus Cole just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Cole ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Cole might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Freeman is trying to drag Cole to the mat but Cole just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
