Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bjj Bjj (ranked 3436 p4p, 356 weight class) and Ryan Lock (ranked 4824 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bjj Bjj!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan Lock!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bjj throws a body punch but Lock moves out of range.
Bjj shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Lock counters with a nice body shot.

Lock dives in and scores a takedown into Bjj's guard.

Bjj scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Lock scores with a one two! Bjj had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lock tries to clinch up but Bjj circles away and keeps his distance.
Bjj throws a nice looking combination but Lock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Lock shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bjj manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Bjj has his feet on Lock's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Lock.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bjj is concentrating on defense, preventing Lock from advancing position.

Bjj is staying active underneath Lock, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Lock shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lock was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Bjj sneaks out the side door and pushes Lock away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Lock closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lock wants to control but Bjj is keeping him busy.

Bjj has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lock blocks the strikes from Bjj.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Bjj Bjj will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Lock postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Lock not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bjj slips nicely into half guard.

Bjj is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lock doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bjj.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Lock really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bjj. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bjj throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Lock has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Bjj is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Lock won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Bjj off his unconscious opponent!
