Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronaldo Souza (ranked 23834 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rashid Magomedov (ranked 3449 p4p, 0 weight class). Magomedov has chosen Chris Brown - See You Again Feat. Tyga & Wiz Khalifa as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Ronaldo Souza has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ronaldo Souza seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

17 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rashid Magomedov!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedov keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Souza with a poor takedown
and Magomedov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Souza closes the distance looking to clinch
and Magomedov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Souza tries to clinch up
and Magomedov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Souza takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Souza throws a combination that misses
and Magomedov counters with a stiff right hand.
Magomedov lands a hook that stumbles Souza back into the cage. Magomedov follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Souza to the canvas! Magomedov pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Souza has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Rashid Magomedov!
Rashid Magomedov decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
